Of course it's not real. You could look up his post IP and see that it's posted from the wonderful country of Estonia, and the post itself has a link to some site with trojan applets. And this is an EQ board, not dentistry.
I'm clearing a dozen of these shit spam posts every week, banning domains they register and post from, banning IP-pools of their ISPs (almost all of whom are from India, China, Russia or some obscure countries). The bigger question is how they still manage to activate? That image-number confirmation test is probably vulnerable. Can you find something newer, more sophisticated?

Yes i am working on that. Most of these are showing they registered in december. so i will be making a couple of changes.
